To Add Stock;
STEP 1 Click on inventory
STEP 2 Click on Stock
STEP 3 Click on Add Button
Fill the form with your preferred location, warehouse, branch and price per unit
STEP 3 Click on Save Button to create your stock

You have to add items in the product module. Only then, you can create stock. only unstocked items can be stocked.
